About Commercial District Needs Assessment (CDNA): Commissioned by the NYC Dept of Small Business Services, Think!Chinatown and the Chinatown BID provided on the ground research to create this comprehensive neighborhood report. Through surveying and interviewing Chinatown’s business owners, consumers, and community members about businesses and socio-cultural services in our neighborhood, the CDNA report identifies any strengths, challenges, and opportunities to optimize Chinatown’s potential.
